2. INSTALLING SERVER /JOOMLA OFFLINE IN YOUR SYSTEM

For this tutorial we will be using webmatrix web by Microsoft. 

WHAT IS WBMATRIX WEB?

webmatrix web is a server develop by microsoft with editor and user freindly

NOTE: if you already have a php enable server ignore this next tutorial and it require internet access to install webmatrix web.
STEPS ON INSTALLING WEBMATRIX WEB 

• Download WebMatrix
• Double Click on the program downloaded above

 this will install/open Web Platform Installer 4.5

• Click on Install to start installing which requires a internet connection

• Click I Accept to start the process and when done click finish.

• You are Ready!!
